Good evening 7th Grade Students and Families,
I hope everyone is enjoying the remaining days of summer. I can't believe that soon enough we will open our doors for the 2023-2024 school year. Some more information will be sent to all students at JSHS in the near future.
However, I wanted to send you a quick email tonight to remind you that we will be holding our 7th grade Orientation this Tuesday, August 22nd from 9:00am to 11:00am. There will be a brief informational meeting for students and parents beginning at 9AM in the JSHS gymnasium. After the meeting, students will be broken into groups and assigned upperclassmen to take a tour of the building among other activities. Students will also get their Chromebooks and Lockers on this day as well.
Parents/Guardians only need to attend the meeting, but students are asked to stay the full time.
Please contact the main office as soon as possible if you are unable to attend Orientation, and other arrangements can be made.
I am so excited to welcome all of our new 7th graders to the building, and look forward to getting to know them as well as all of you.
