Dear Eldred Community,
Eldred Athletics, the Leader in Me Teams, and Eldred Administration have been working together to put together a special Homecoming celebration for our students, athletes, families, and community.
This Friday, we will be kicking off our Homecoming celebration with an in-school Pep Rally for the students and a parade beginning at 4:00 PM near Peck’s and the Town Hall. Our students and athletes will walk up toward the school and take part in the celebration.
For the safety of our students, the road in front of the school from the corner to Steges Road will be closed from approximately 3:30–4:30 PM while the parade is taking place.
Following the parade, we invite everyone to join us for our Yellowjacket Spirit Fest at the school. Our student clubs and classes will have tables where they will be selling food, treats, crafts, and other items. Please consider bringing cash so you can support our students and their organizations.
The evening will conclude with our Homecoming Football Game at 7:00 PM, as our Yellowjackets take on Fallsburg under the lights at The Hive.
We encourage our entire community to come out, line the parade route, cheer on our students and athletes, support our clubs and classes at the Spirit Fest, and stay to cheer on our Yellowjackets!
We are excited to bring our school and community together and celebrate what it means to be a Yellowjacket.
Once a Yellowjacket, Always a Yellowjacket!
Thank you for your continued support of Eldred students and athletics.
Sincerely,
Robert E. Keesler Jr., Principal - Eldred Junior - Senior High School

🎓💛🖤 It's Getting Real🖤💛🎓
Yesterday our seniors made their final walk into GRM, and it was a special moment filled with pride, memories, and inspiration. As they entered the building, they were greeted by our younger Yellowjackets, who lined the halls to cheer them on and celebrate all they have accomplished.
From their first days in school to this exciting milestone, these seniors have grown into leaders, role models, and members of the Yellowjacket family that we are incredibly proud of. Seeing our youngest students look up to them was a powerful reminder that they are leaving a lasting legacy.
Congratulations to the Class of 2026! Your journey is far from over, but today was a beautiful reminder of how far you've come. Once a Yellowjacket, always a Yellowjacket! 🐝🎓
