I would like to send a reminder regarding parking here at JSHS. Please make sure you are following all policies and procedures that are put in place for parking on campus. We must have accurate details on file. This includes license plate, car make, car model, and a copy of your license. All of these details should be given to Mrs. Potter in the main office.
We realize your vehicle may change throughout the year so please be sure to update all the necessary information with Mrs. Potter if that is the case.

Eldred Central School District will be on a 2 hour delay, Wednesday, March 15th due to icy road conditions.
Friday, March 17th, was originally scheduled to be a Superintendent's Conference Day. This will now be an instructional day for students. The Superintendent's Conference Day will be rescheduled for a later date.

Sullivan 180 will hire several young individuals (ages 16-20) to work alongside volunteers to help communities, organizations, churches and schools turn their ideas into a reality. Interns also participate in a series of meetings and a “Day of Service” project. Salaries are competitive, presenting an excellent opportunity for a paid summer job where you can make a difference and learn new skills.
“The internship has helped me meet many wonderful people in the community and helped me greatly with my networking skills.” Shared Erin Brawley, 2022 Town of Thompson Intern. “I was also taught many life skills I will use in the future. Overall, this was a great experience. The community was extremely supportive and it made me proud to be an intern.”
“In addition to connecting with peers, the internship program offers a great way to learn about Sullivan County and connect with other community members.”said Anne-Louise Scandariato, Director of Community Engagement. “Interns work on expanding their communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills while being part of a team.”
